Keeping the Glow- 10 Easy Steps
Having perfect, glowing skin is every woman's dream, but unfortunately nobody in this world has perfect, perfect skin. However, basic routines or habits can make your skin look and feel better. Who knows, maybe these tips will make your skin the "perfect" skin.

1. Don’t smoke

Smoking is a no, no. It not only ruins your skin, it can also give you bad breath. I'm sure none of you girls want that to happen.

2. Avoid UV exposure

"Sun is skin's #1 enemy" remember that and you will have spot less and even toned skin, also reduce the chances of skin cancer.

3. Stay physical fit

Stay fit means exercising and sweating. Moving your body around will make your blood flow better, resulting in a more pinkish, glowing complexion. Sweating can get those dirt out of your pores, so sweat clean those black heads and large pores!

4. Eat a healthy, balanced diet

It is true that the stuff you eat will influence the appearance of your skin. For some people eating certain types of food will give them pimples or clogged pores, and some don't. It is best if you eat a balanced meal everyday with vegetables and fruits.

5. Get your beauty rest.

There's a reason why it is called beauty rest. Sleeping will make you more energized and give people the feeling that you are "awake". And it is proven to help get rid of dark circles and puffiness around the eyes.

6. Find a qualified dermatologist

When you get sick you need a doctor to treat you, what about your skin? It needs a doctor too. A dermatologist will help you select the best skin care products for your skin and give you advices on how to take care of your skin. Hey, never hurts to ask for help.

7. Wash your face twice a day

Washing you face is very important, knowing how to wash it correctly is even more important. Remember not to wash it more than twice a day or your skin will itching all over.

8. 8 glasses a day will keep some pimples away

This is half true half lie; it depends on what causes your skin to have acne. If your pimples come from wastes and oils that are not washed away from your body, then yes, you need to drink more water. Water also helps you loose weight if that intestine of yours is full of wastes.

9. Never try to handle problem acne on your own

Don’t handle problems on your own if you don’t know the solution. Just in case anything goes wrong, consult a dermatologist is the right thing to do.

10. Wash your hair regularly

The thing is bacteria and other residues will stay in your hair if you don't wash them off, and you all know how pimples are formed- oil + bacteria=pimples, so you get the point.

11. Keep your hands off your face

Same with the wash your hair rule, bacteria will also get on your hands and in this case it’s even worse, because you don't know what's on that dirty hands of yours, just imagine all the stuff you've touched in a day!

13. Continue to learn everything you can about your skin

Learning is the key.
