Frizz and Curl Control
If you'd like to have shiny, spirally curls like Nicole Kidman's or Julia Roberts's, but have frizzy mess to cope with instead, there are several things and tips you can do to regain control and restore some semblance of style.

Tip #1

For starters, frizzy hair tends to be dry hair, so load up on conditioner in the shower, but don't just load useless conditioners, choose anti-frizz, fly aways, and go for a treatment. Using a wide-tooth comb to distribute it through the hair, then rinse. Remember not to wash it off completely, it's best to leave some behind.

Top #2

Next, you need to select the right styling products. For tight, frizzy curls, go for a curl-controlling mousse or gel. For wavy hair that turns wiry when the humidity rises, try a frizz-busting leave-in conditioner. Styling products can dry your hair so remember to wash products off before going to bed.

Tip #3

Don't brush or comb after application. Instead, separate and shape the curls with your finger. Let your hair air dry, or blow dry on low then allow your hair to cool. Either method, done carefully and correctly, should give you the curls you can be proud of.
